Customer onboarding steps
  • Step1:Download Aman Mobile application.
  • Step2:Click on "Customer Onboarding" icon on the main application screen.
  • Step3:Select "Current Account" to view the offers and click on "Continue as a Guest".
  • Step4: Fill in all the fields with your correct data and information.
  • Step5:Review the information you have entered, then click on Continue.
  • Step6:Upload the required documents.
  • Step7:To confirm your email, click on check and you will receive an OTP on your email, add it then click on continue.
  • Step8:Read the terms and conditions and click on ‘I agree’.
  • Step9:After reviewing your data by the Back Office team, you will receive your account number, username and password by e-mail and by SMS text message.
